Privacy and project confidentiality
Development work often includes commercially sensitive references, measurements, patterns and buyer records. The public website uses only approved or anonymized material.
Information received
When you contact KG FASHION, we may receive your name, company details, contact information, product brief, images, specifications, quantities and delivery requirements. We use this information to assess and coordinate the requested business discussion.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page usage and website performance. The website records page views and selected contact-intent actions. A successful website-form event is recorded only after the server confirms receipt; it does not prove that an order or business relationship was created.
Website inquiry form
The contact page can securely submit the fields you complete to KG FASHION. The submission is subject to server-side security and spam controls and is stored with a reference number so that we can review and reply to the inquiry. We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the business discussion, record keeping, security and legal requirements. WhatsApp opens the prepared message for your review before you send it through WhatsApp.
Project materials
Customer labels, styles, tech packs, prices, order information, paper patterns, measurements, approval comments and other non-public materials are treated as project information. We do not intentionally publish them without permission.
Public case studies
A case study is published only with an appropriate public-use basis and is anonymized where required. Buyer identity, exact measurements, complete patterns, orders, prices, payment records and identifiable production documents are excluded unless the owner explicitly authorizes publication.
Sharing for project work
Project information may be shared only with relevant development, production, quality, testing or logistics parties where needed to evaluate or perform the requested work. Responsibility and confidentiality expectations should be confirmed in writing for each project.
