Quantity Is More Than a Total
Provide pieces by style, colour and size. Ask how material availability, minimum material purchases and custom trims affect the feasible order. KG confirms quantity requirements project by project.
Keep the Product Basis Consistent
Compare quotations using the same fabric specification, construction, wash or finish, trim set and packing requirements. A lower price with a different material or finish is not a like-for-like comparison.
Describe the Delivery Basis
If you give a target FOB price, include the currency, unit and named port. Clarify which costs and delivery responsibilities the quotation includes. Confirm the applicable delivery term in the commercial agreement.
Plan Around Decisions
Include dates for sample review, material approval and the requested shipment. Material readiness, revisions and approval timing affect the production plan; a target date is not a confirmed commitment.
Scope & Sources
This is a commercial preparation guide, not a fixed price list, MOQ promise or legal interpretation of delivery terms.
