A focused denim team connected to Jun'an specialists.

KG FASHION is a family-operated development and production-coordination team. We work with established local pattern, sewing, wash and finishing partners rather than claiming a single fully vertical, wholly owned production line.

Commercial starting point

Assess the style before promising the number.

A practical baseline is 100 pieces per style and color. Lower quantities can be assessed, but feasibility and price depend on fabric minimums, wash development, trims and construction. Typical samples take 8–10 days after specifications are confirmed. Typical bulk production takes 15–20 days after approvals and material readiness.

  • U.S.-focused size review available
